I previously had a working image with UPR1.0, which included the MUI packs.
On the target device I could sucessfully change the Windows interface
language back and forth.
I recently installed the SP3 update, including the many seperate MUI
updates. After upgrading the configuration of my image, I build a new image
and boot on the target device. After the FBA, I notice the Windows
interface language is unreadable (to me anyhow). It looks like Chinese or
Japenese, I'm not sure. Why would I see this when I did not specify a
different default language? All I did was install SP3 and rebuild.
