XPe Developers/SW Engineers

Everyone,

I'm looking for a good senior level Software Engineer with XPe
experience to head up a team dedicated to a Microsoft .NET / XPe-based
product that we sell to our customers. I assume that many of you have
been down the path of trying to identify and recruit this type of
developer.

- Where have you advertised and recruited?
- How successful were you?
- Is this the newsgroup to post job descriptions - I didn't see an XPe-
focused jobs newsgroup?

Any pointers that you can provide would be helpful. We are very
competitive on salary and benefits - I just can't find qualified
candidates!

Maybe some of the NG readers would be interested if you stated a location
and gave a bit more info.

Henry,

I intentionally left out that information so that people wouldn't get
upset over posting "Help Wanted" ads to a technical newsroup. I'm not
trying to spam the group, just find the right places to post the
official ads, or find out where people found good candidates.
