You pressed R too early in the installation process and have
entered what's called the Recovery Console.

Restart your repair installation and this time, press Enter at
the "Welcome to Setup" screen.
Accept the license agreement and proceed to the screen where
Windows will list any existing applications if find on your
hard drive.
Select the one you want to repair.
Here's where you hit the R key.

You're entering the Recovery Console, which is a command-line
interface (CLI). Is this not what you intend?

Or are you trying, instead, to perform a "repair installation?"
