I purchased it online, and received a silver and green dvd labeled "Volume
License Product Key Required"
I'm told this is normal XP Pro x64 and to just install it and use the key on
the plain white paper case it came in.
No COA, no other paperwork, no packaging, just a plain white paper cd case
with a typed key on a white label.
Is this thing genuine?
It is reflective, has holograms, no paper label on the disc, Microsoft
Licensing in holograms around outside edges.

All text on cd is...
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
x64 Edition
(Volume License Product Key Required)
June 2006
Systems
Windows
Client:
Business
Not for retail or OEM distribution or for resale
End Item Part No.
E85-02830
then a UPC bar code
Microsoft Licensing

Should I RMA it? Install and use it if it's genuine? What?

Return it for a refund. Its likely non-genuine since it is a volume license
version. No COA - its definitely bogus!
