XP Word has lost the 'file' command

I can't get office to put the 'file' command back on the
toolbar. I don't even know why or how it disappeared.
How can I get it back??
 
You might be better off posting this to the Word NG.
You could however try:

Menu Toolbar - Help>Detect and Repair
Have your disks ready.
