xp won't restore

getting a lot of netsky e mail so decided to restore won't restore to any restore points
 
A system restore is not going to stop the netsky email you're getting. Have you
done a virus scan recently? Unfortunately quite a few people are getting virus
email at the moment. Make sure your anti virus program is up to date and email
scanning is set to on.
