I would suggest that you ask this question in a more appropriate newsgroup.
The webpage can be confusing; this group is for the Office database software
Microsoft Access, not for general Vista questions.

Your "Operating System" is Vista, but Vista is not a video display program.
That application program will run under Vista... but it has its own name
(which I don't happen to know).
