XP User Accounts

After upgrading to XP, the system asked me to set up user
accounts, which I did. Now that this is done, I want to
restrict my kids user accounts to only be able to
have/see certain icons and completely restrict them from
having access to the C drive and only have access to
their file name in My Docs. I have no idea how to do
this. I ready to bang my head ont he wall. If there is
a site that I can go to that explains this in detail,
wonderful.

Have you tried various web searches for topics that include what you want to
do?
I believe that your options with XP Home are limited, but XP Pro will do
what you want.
Investigate file sharing, account types, and permissions.
