I was runing ME in my computer. I bought what i thought it was an upgrade to Windows XP Professional. I have in my computer Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Acces that are supposed to be in the XP professional however, my computer doesn't have the XP start button or some of the other XP features. Is the product that i bought not an upgrade or did i do something wrong during instalation?

Greetings --

Did you buy Windows XP (an operating system) or Office XP?

Office XP is an applications program and NOT the operating system XP. It
will however run on most versions of Windows.
If you want to upgrade to winXP check with the people you bought Office and
see if they will let you exchange for win XP. You should get a refund as
Office XP costs more than winXP.

Good Luck

Sounds like you bought Office XP Pro instead of Windows XP Pro. Two
entirely different products and entirely different prices (Office is
more expensive).
