XP upgrade problems

I haven't been able to hot sync my palm handheld since I
upgraded to XP. It doesn't autodetect the USB
connection. Device manager says that all USB ports are
working properly.

Contact Palm for WinXP-specific versions of their software.

Even after the double posts, you still need Palm Desktop 4.1 or above to use
it with XP.
