Have been trying to upgrade from Windows 98SE to XP, and
after setup is complete and user is selected, I
get "Windows explorer has encountered a
problem," "Explorer.exe Application error, 0x10003356
referenced memory at '0x006c0069'the memory could not be
read. ModName: apitrap.dll, ModVer: 4.5.00,
Offset:000034ae. All icons/toolbars then leave the
screen and I am dead in the water. Any ideas Please.

Many thanks! Your solution solved the problem without
having to do a full clean install. I just had to go in
under safe mode and uninstall the program. Thanks Again.
