Hi. I'm setting up a new XP Pro system that has no Internet Access. Where
can I (on another PC) download and save to disk the various Windows update
files?

TIA

John

Hi John,

Access the Windows Update site on any machine. On the left column, click
"catalog" (if you don't see it, click personalize and add it). Then select
the operating system and choose your downloads. You can burn these
stand-alone versions to CD for use on the other machine.
