XP to 97 problem

Hello,

When I try converting an Access XP mdb to 97 format, a message appears to
the effect that at least one object library is missing in my machine, and
that the converted mdb would need to be opened in Access 97 to repair any
lost references.

Please advise how to tackle this, thank you.
 
Lost references are repaired by openeing any code module. (Ctrl+G will do
it) and from the Tools menu, choose references and fix or change any that
are marked "MISSING" References to version 10 libraries, need to be changed
to version 8.
