Xp themes/visual styles??

How do i get these things to apply to the computer without them using
the classic style taskbar??
I want the themes to have stylish xp skins with the taskbar and other
things fitting into the theme!!
Can anyone help me???

Some Theme are based on the Classic Windows appearance by design. You could
consider the Microsoft Plus! pack that includes Themes designed for Windows
