XP THEMES Killing me!

How do i download and instal new Windows XP themes...and where do i get them
from... please help me step by step.

I had a freind who tried an screwed his whole Windows cause he did it wrong...

How about trying a Windows website? Or using Google to search for "Windows
Themes"? Only download and install new themes from trusted sources such as
a Windows site or www.pcworld.com or www.pcmagazine.com or www.download.com.
You get the idea. Never download anything from an email you receive. Ever!
