Hi..

I wanted to replace form's title bar with new one which will look like xp

This should be the case automatically if you run the application on Windows
XP.

(I think that using Windows XP style elements on Windows 2000/... is a bad
idea because the user won't be able to change the appearance of the title
bar.)
