XP Stutters!

When I start XP (Pro), about every 2 to 3 seconds, there
is a noticeable "stutter". I've watched the task manager
and I've seen a service called "mspservice" running (or
somthing like that... definitely mspsxxx), with spikes up
to 25% causing the stutters. When I end that task, it
seems to clear up. Any ideas what that service is, or how
I can disable it? It just showed up about a week ago, and
I have been disconnected from the internet (cable) since
then.

Thanks!

Hi, you should try downloading Adaware, this program
scans your computer, detecting all unecessary processors
and allows you to remove them, it seems Adaware would be
the best bet. Good luck!!

Hmmm. I'll look into it. Thanks!
