XP Startup Defaults

A while back I found a post that listed the
default/minimum progrmas to include in the Startup tab in
the configuration utility.I can't find that paper
anymore! Anyone know them?

There is no such thing. Every configuration is different, and every user has
their own notion of what should and should not start with Windows. In this
case, there is no substitute for knowledge and your own good judgement. To
help you decipher some of the items that may be starting with Windows, have
