Kelly's repair script fixes the registry problem.
Go to Start > Run and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter.
Look under the Startup tab for startup items you wish to
disable.

| Is there another way to do this, other than downloading?
| There is something telling that file to come up on the
| start up, and the logical way to stop this would be to
| delete the thing telling it to come up. I just need to
| know where to find the proper start up folder, that lists
| all of the programs that are prompted at start up, and
| have the ability to delete them.
|
| *Note - the file is dxdllreg.exe
