XP start failure

When my other laptop tries to boot, I get to the black XP page for starting
then a blue screen with the following error code:

***STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF796E528, 0xC000000E, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Any ideas greatly recieved.

I have tried safe mode, and booting from last good settings option and still
get the same replies.

laptop wasn't packaged with one.
