XP Spontaneous Reboot

Okay folks, I'm running a P4 2.66 Multi-Thread Asus
Motherboard (P4S800), 256mb Ram, NVIDIA GeForce 5200
128mb, and a Maxtor 160gig Drive.

XP keeps rebooting and blaming it on a Device Driver
whenever I copy Large files. Whether it is from a
network, or even to different locations on the local
drive.

I've installed Graphic Card, Memory, Hard Drive, in 3
other machines and I don't have the same problem. I
could dig a little deeper if XP wouldn't be so damn vague
in its Device Driver Accusations. It says "A Device
Driver", but won't tell me which one!!

Any suggestions???

Greg, go here www.guru3d.com and try a different Nvidia Driver.
