XP Spewing Packets

Bad network card probably. You could try and remove the
card from device manager and re-install. Probably you are
gonna need anew NIC

the network. So many, that it has robbed the rest of the
network of bandwidth. I ran anti virus software and
programs to remove spyware. I can not figure out what the
source is, or how to solve it. Anyone have any
suggestions?

Warranty I hope!!

Try deleting and reinstalling. Don't hold your breath
though.
