XP SP2 on CD, ISP distribution to 100's of customers

Looking for a way to get 400-500 copies of the XP SP2 CD for distribution to
our Windows XP customers. We don't have DSL or CableModems in the area and
all of our users are via dialup. We would like to create a program to
distribute the CD's instead of having users download SP2 over slow dialup
connections. Who do we need to talk to, where do we go, etc... etc...

Individual users can order it on CD from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx

If you want to arrange something special with Microsoft, I'm not sure what
the exact procedure is, but maybe you can contact the closest MS sales
office. http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/info/usaoffices/default.asp (If
nothing else, they can hopefully direct your call to the right place.)
