I set up Content advisor with hint and password for niece's computer and now
it won't display hint or allow password login to change ratings.
I am unable to even access msn.com, microsoft.com, ibm.com.... and many
other sites as there is no rating for these pages.
I am logged on as adminstrator in safe mode and still cannot use login in
Content Advisor.

What are my options?

You remember neither the password, nor the hint for the password? Sounds
like you are not the one who is controlling the PC. Bet you would like to!
