XP SP2 disk bloat

I had to reinstall XP SP2 to get rid of a recurring problem with the O/S.
It went well, but I went from about a gig free to under 200 meg.

How do I get rid of the bloat? Can I purge C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
?

Where does MS keep the "rollback" files for all fixes? I don't see myself
going back to SP1.

No, you should *not* delete the ServicePackFiles folder.


For folders you can consider deleting and other disk cleanup tips
after a successful SP2 installation, take a look here:
