Here is an interesting issue:
I had my website running which was accessible from anywhere until I
installed the Service Pack for XP Pro.
Once I installed the SP1a for XP, the website was accesible only
through http://localhost. I am unable to reach the site from the
external IP address / domain name. (Reverting back without SP1a, the
site becomes accessible)
When I uninstall SP1a, it restores to normal. I have checked
everything and the IIS and Router settings remain the same.
Is there anything to do with Service Pack 1a for XP stopping my
website to be accessed from the outside world?
Now, I have SP1a and SP2 installed on my machine without my website.
Could you please help me solving this issue.
Thanks in advance.
