I have 2 XP SP1 (Laptop & PC) - I want to connect the two by landline.
I tried to do this one:
to configure both server and client but doesnt seem to work.

Both Modems are OK (Can connect to Dial up Internet and Send Fax).
When Connecting - The server doesnt seem to authenticate - just hearing data tone
