XP Software that'll list largest 100 or so files on a drive?

I'm looking to make some space.

Is there any software that'll list the contents of my drive in top file size
order?

Even the basis standard search will do that.

Just search using *.* and sort on file size.

You mean besides Windows Search, which does this just fine? You'll have to
run it a few times before you get it narrowed down to the largest hundred
or so.
