How the H$LL do you contact someone from Micro Soft? I
am trying to back up my XP Small Buisness and there is
NOTHING on the Micro Soft web site telling me how, nor is
there any contact info. Can anyone help me, PLEASE?

Do you mean Office XP Small Business? Their is no
Windows XP Small Business. Plus Microsoft doesn't allo
you to back up their programs. Its illegal.

There is nothing illegal about backing up ones' software.

There is Small Business Server--and there is nothing illegal about backing
up your software and data.

I assume that you mean WinXP backup of your data. XP has a built in backup
programme. Look at programmes/Accessories/Backup.
Incidentally you can always look at the help file for information

If you are trying to make a backup copy of the CD itself use a program like
Ahead Nero Burning ROM to copy it (or you may have another program with your
CD writer).

If you want to backup the contents of your PC I recommend using a program
like Drive Image from PowerQuest (now part of Symantec). You could also try
Norton Ghost but I find DI easier to use. I schedule DI to make a full
backup to a USB 2.0 drive every night and have the program send me an email
when it's finished to let me know if there were any problems. Saves having
to find the log file to have a look. Essentially you just set it up and
forget about it. Much better than the free MS program.
