XP Slow Clock on intel i7?

I have strange thing and I need help:

PC:
Intel I7 920, Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4 with 3G RAM

XP Pro SP3

I realize that XP Clock is Slow, sometimes is two sec per minuts, and
sometimes is only 30 Sec per 12 hour. I find that if PC is off, the
Bios clock is OK. also I see that on Safe mode is also OK. So I start
looking after the bad App. I realize that Easy Tune 6 from Gigabyte is
cause to high slow (two sec per minut). but without this App, the Slow
Clock is yet. I will continue check it carfully. But I need Help:

First, have a way to tel XP update clock from the Internet every 30
minute?
Second, have sombody with any idea what's going on?

Double click on the time in the bottom right, click on the intrenet
time tab and check the box that says automatically update.

thenks, but this make automatic update each week, and my q how chage
the schedule to each hour?
