Anyone got any ideas why xp suddenly shuts down for no
reason even when hibernation is off and shutdown of
windows displaying blue screen explaining that windows
has been shut down to prevent damage being done to the
system. Any solution???

Michael,

Maybe overheating? Check the fans on the computer - make sure they're
all running and that the filters are clean.

Have you added any hardware that might cause a problem?

Cheers,

Chuck

No new hardware and fan and vents are fine. Might have
discovered the problem Lovsan worm.
