XP SecurityCenter's display colors changed

No viruses, no spies, registry and defrag maintenance regularly done.

I see the problem, all images files are missing or corrupted.
Look at the top, there should be a Windows Security Center logo.

What do you use for registry maintenance?
Has the problem just started?
 
Yes the problem has appeared suddenly, also the three logos has been missed
(firewall, xp updates & antivirus). I use jv16PowerTools as maintenance tool
which includes the RegistryCleaner application, it is a safe thing,
nevertheless I don't think it has anything to do with the issue. It's the
first time in years to happen something like this..

Go to Start Menu > Run and type in "SFC /SCANNOW" without quotes.
