Hi

I am experiencing problems with Windows XP Home.
Some days I can work on my machine constantly for hours on end and not
have a problem, other days, the PC just restarts without warning and I
lose all my work etc.

I thought at first that it may be when I was trying to perform a
specific operation, but when it restarts, it sometimes doesn't even
finish booting into Windows before it restarts itself again.

I have tried to find a similar problem on the group, but cannot.

Please would someone offer me some advice.

Thank you.

Turn off "automatically restart", and an error message may then give a
clue to the problem. Report the error here. To do this...

Control Panel|SYSTEM|ADVANCED tab|START UP AND RECOVERY. UNcheck the box.
