XP restart problem by sendinfg Ctrl+Alt+ Del after login

Xp PC restart by pressing Ctrl+Alt+ Del after login.
Same problem faced if the screen saver active & i press
Ctrl + ALt + Del my PC restart with out showing any error
message.

Please advise ASAP.
