Hi Steve,
This is usually caused by one of two issues:
1) There is a blank password for the user you are trying to login with. To
fix this, please add a password for that user and try again.
2) Did you make the user that you are trying to connect a member of the
Remote Desktop Users group? There are two ways to do this.
First way -
Right click My Computer -> Properties - Remote tab
Click on Remote Users button and Add the user you want to have Remote
access.
Second way -
Start - Run - lusgmrg.msc -> Click on Groups.
Double click Remote Desktop Users -> Click Add. Add the user you want to
have Remote access.
