Any help would be appreciated....

Aloha,

Could be a stop error messgae..... try disabling
the "Automatically Restart" option :

1. Right-click My Computer and click Properties.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under "Startup & Recovery" options, click Settings.
4. Deselect the "Automatically Restart" option under
System
Failure.
5. Click OK and then click OK again.

You will now have a clear view of the stop error with the
writings.

It's a hardware issue. Run Memtest86 to verify RAM. Be sure to have latest
motherboard BIOS and chipset drivers too. Experiment with BIOS settings and
keep replacing parts until fixed. Start with RAM. motherboard, power supply,
CPU, hard drive.

This is not necessarily the case. It could quite easily be a driver
problem. The OP should take the advice of other posters and disable the
automatic reboot and then post with the stop error message he's getting,
then we might be able to help further...

If there's no stop error happening and it IS just rebooting spontaneously,
then I agree it's likely to be a hardware problem...
