xp programs freeze

I am having an awful problem with a program called Photo-
Parade. Every time I try to use it, my system freezes up.
The weird thing is that with each try, I can get farther
along with the project I am trying to create. Does anyone
know what could be causing this?

You certainly have a conflict, when or before you begin

your program right click on an empty spot on task bar and
select Task Manager then just Minimize it so you can
keep an eye on the CPU when system freezes is it solid
green and what Process has the greatest amount of CPU. I
think we know what is causing it, just rectify it.
I have found with alot of these types of programs that
a TOTAL uninstall then reinsatll gets it. But being
pictures, project and all that probably not keen on it
hey. Well start to maybe narrow down the problem and then
there might be help on the Photo Parade site.
 
i HAVE BEEN TO THE PHOTOPARADE WEB SITE, AND I HAVE
UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE PROGRAM 4 TIMES. SAME
THING HAPPENS.
WHEN IT COMES TO CPU'S AND WHAT PROCESS IS RUNNING WHEN
IT FREEZES, I NEED MORE HELP UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU WANT
ME TO DO.HOW CAN I TELL WHAT PROCESS HAS THE GREATEST
AMOUNT OF CPU? THANKS

I had tack magr open, when I started the program, the cpu
usage shot to 100% The program froze again after
about 20 seconds. Do you know why this is happening? I
have contacted the web site and they told me to uninstall
and reinstall, which I did to no avail.
