XP Profesional BCM 2007 needs to share DB hosted on a Vista Ultima

Someone has gone through the hassle to connect a shared DB on a Vista
Ultimate with a BCM 2007 installed on a XP Professional. Until now, I have
tried every option I know of. Right now it is set this way.
Both are configured on the same Workgroup
Both firewalls are turned off
Vista BCM can access the remote database although it is hosted on the same
computer.
XP can use shared folders on the Vista system
XP has IP4 and Vista has IP4 and IP6 configured
Any ideas on what else I should try so XP Based Contact Manager can access
Vista based Contact Manager DB

Do you have this on a domain or workgroup? If it's a workgroup, you must
have the same user account configured on both PC's. Did you go into the
"master" database and make it a shared db and add users? From the main
menu, click on Business Contact Manager, Database Tools, Share Database, and
go through that wizard.

Also make sure the Sql Server is configured to share.

Start|All Programs|Microsoft Sql Server 2005|Configuartaion Tools|
Surface Area Configuration|Srevices and Connections

Make sure MSMSLBIZ is set to allow remote connections on both TCP/IP
and named pipes.

The sharing wizard should have done that, but you never know.
