xp pro with xp pro not working

i've been working with a small network in my office. i
added a windows xp pro to the network and it sees all the
computers, but another computer running windows xp pro
cannot comunicate with the one running xp pro. i've tried
everythin they ping each other but when i tried to see my
share resources it indicates that i does not have
permission to acces that network resources
