xp pro with radeon 7000

I am trying to put a new graphics card in my computer but my monitor doesn't
seem to like it very much. When I use the official drivers from ati.com my
monitor isn't setup right I guess it i something with the hz or vertical
lines etc.. it is flickering :-)
When I use the drivers from windows xp it's ok but my tv-out isn't
working...

Can anybody help me with this..

Using same graphics card with XP Pro on 19" monitor.
with no problems.
