XP Pro will not let outside computers access it

I have XP Firewall disabled and also virus firewall disabled. Remote access
is enabled. I am able to connect (via non-networked laptop) to all XP Pro
computers on my network except for 1, which is a brand new workstation that
replaced an XP Pro w/s. The old w/s allowed other outside computers to
access it, but the new one will not. I am stumped. Is there some other
windows setting on the new w/s that I am missing?

Make sure the new pc has a username and password as rdc will not work
otherwise. Also make sure you have added the proper acount you will be
using.
