I keep my PC's updated with the MS updates, but they are starting to take up
room on my harddrives, is there a way to delete the update files without
removing the actual updated files... ?? Can you use the Add/Remove to
uninstall the updates or will it "uninstall" the updates completely...

Thanks Ahdead of time...

Hi,

Have a look in your windows folder for directories
begining with a '$' sign e.g. $UninstallQ823980$.

These directories are hidden and can be safely removed,
BUT you will not be able to un-intsall the fix once the
directory has gone (not usually a probelm if PC working
ok).

Regards,

Tim
