XP Pro - Permission

Hi All,
I need to share the My Documents folder with only a
particular user. As I try to add the user which is not
part of a domain, the user cannot be found. I'm trying
to change the location in the 'Select Users or Group'
window, but it won't allow me.
How can I add a user from within the network?
