Hello all,
I've got a user running Windows XP pro on a network. I installed her
network printers locally by creating a standard TCP/IP port and entering the
IP Address of each printer. All of a sudden, she can no longer print to
network printers that are on a different subnet (but still within the same
domain). It was working fine up until a few days ago, has anyone ever heard
of this problem or know a way to repair it??
P.S. I already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the printers but to no avail,
any info would be greatly appreciated.
