XP Pro Need to keep icons for all users

This might be really simple but my brain is in overload.

I have just updated to windows xp pro and joined all the
computers to a network. The only problem is trying to keep
ICONS on the desktop for all users!

How do I set a default for desktop icons as I cannot find
anyting in Group Policys.

Please Help
