XP Pro Lost Adm password

I've lost my administrator password. I've tried to reload
WinXP,But XP won't reload eather. The system says I've got
a bad system disk. There's nothing physically wrong with
the CD I've had it out only to install Win XP. I am at a
stand still with this issue. can you offer some
suggestions so I can restore the administrator Rights?

If you have a "bad system disk", you have hard drive issues.
You should go to the website of the hard drive manufacturer and get
their hard drive diagnostics to test the hard drive.
