XP Pro frozen

After going well for a week my PC suddenly froze. Now it starts up but only
gets to 'click in recent settings' or 'Safe Mode' etc but it doesn't... just
keeps coming back to 'Resent Settings' or 'Safe Mode' etc. I can get into
BIOS etc but if I try to start in Safe Mode, can't. what can I try. Thanks.

It sounds like you just need to either repair or

rebuild Windows. If you have a Windows XP recovery disc
or an installation cd, Insert it as your computer is
starting up and follow the prompt.
NB: You will need set your bios to "Boot from CD-ROM"
