XP Pro Explorer crashes reading long file names

Hello,

When surfing the Web and using the "Save as Web page" option in IE, it can
generate some really long file names depending upon what is saved.

Many times when I go to view the directory that was created, Windows
Explorer blows up because the file names are to long/contain too many space.

Is there a configuration setting I can tweak to help Win Explorer with this
problem?

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
