I had a problem with a non-system disk filling up. All restore points
were deleted, and an odd problem started with explorer. When I use
explorer to copy/move files from one folder to another a dialog box
pops up wanting to install Roxio! The copy/move completes properly
after I cancel the install. I have re-installed/repaired XP and the
problem still exists. My guess is that the association between
dropping a file on a folder and the copy function is corrupt. Any
suggestions on what I can do to fix this. I would like to avoid the
format/re-install option.

Regards,
Jerry

Was Roxio installed before the nonsense began happening?

Hmmm. This non-system disk - is it an internal hard drive? Were you using
Roxio for doing backups, or other purpose?

I forgot to mention that i have uninstalled Roxio.

suggest posting the same question here:http://forums.support.roxio.com/

If it were my machine, I'd uninstall Roxio, and then reinstall. But,
before
doing that, there may be answers in that forum.
