XP PRO defaults to broadband

I have just installed XP Pro but it has defaulted to
Broadband for Internet conection. I do not have
broadband, how can i get round this plese

Try internet options in control panel move what connection you want to the
top of the list and set it as default.

The first of these is very common, esp. if you have upgraded to
XP Pro over the top of XP Home with SP1 installed.

The fix is to re-apply SP1.
